Cucumbers & Tomatoes

Slice up cucumbers and tomatoes and drizzle with a little bit of Balsamic Vinegar.  This is better when done the night before.

Hummus & Pita Chips

I rewarded myself with a substitute day chip and salsa with hummus and pita chips. Read the servings per package to keep in line with moderation.

Yeah! We made it to Friday and it’s been fun sharing some easy peasy snacks that can help you out on your snack binge or snack crunch. Now you can tweak my snack recipes to your liking, add more for the month and you are basically all set to eating healthy more mentally prepared snacks at hand without feeling guilty.
