Let’s begin with! You guessed it, gathering our ingredients!

Remember to wait for that glossy shine in the oil to shine thru before tossing in your steak onto the hot pan. It doesn’t take long.  If the oil burns, it can change the taste of the entire meal so make sure and have all the prepping done. At this stage, you can also toss in a few red pepper flakes, if you like some heat to it. As the oil heats, the red pepper flakes will release it’s natural oils into the pan. Discard all of the remaining marinade.

Creamy Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

Creamy Cheesy Casserole EK Sunday Dinners

Welcome to our Sunday Dinner’s!  You are most welcome to take a visit and have a seat at our table for another incredible Sunday Dinner dish.  I remember my Mom always had the biggest meals on a Sunday. I’m talking about homemade from scratch meals.  Do I do that….hmmm…every now and then. But mostly I find taking some short cuts, pre-prepping, or take out is best for this busy Mom. I should really have a new title. MOM should stand for Multi Optimizer of Missions.  Sounds good to me. That will be another time as long as I can have my own cape! Another time! Another time!

Let’s get to gathering before we gather at the table. This is a great recipe to only make half or prepare it all and then freeze half before baking.

Learn How to Make A Tasty Zesty Sausage Dish

Welcome back again for another dinner recipe!  You’re Invited to our Sunday Dinner!

Zesty Sausage Dish Share the Flippin Fun Estela Kelley Sunday Dinners (4)

Sunday’s are such a relaxing and beautiful day to slow it down and make an awesome dinner.  Some days I’m all about doing a 2 to 3 or 4 part dinner but then some days I need some quick go dinner’s.  And this one is easy.  I simply put it altogether with whatever ingredients I had on hand to avoid the grocery store and my taste buds conjured this meal.

Ingredients

1 1/2 Jalapeno Sausage Link sliced up to bite size (Can use any flavor of sausage.)

2 stalks of Green onion diced

A sliver of Green Pepper

3 dashes of Garlic and Onion Powder

12 oz. Zesty Italian Dressing

Garlic Pepper seasoning (For taste at the end. The one I buy is from H.E.B.)

Step 1: Toss sausage slices into a medium heated pan and allow to begin to cook for about 3 minutes. With a slotted spoon move sausages around to ensure evenly cooking.

Then toss in the green onions and pepper slices and do a quick saute to release their flavors. Onions can also be added if so desired.

Add the dashes of Garlic and Onion Powder  at this point as well.

Step 2: Add the Zesty Italian and stir.  Allow this great tasting dressing to work its magic.  Heat thoroughly until it begin to bubble up.

Add the Garlic Pepper seasoning right at the end and stir.

And it’s ready to serve!

I served mine over some linguine pasta with a Caesar Salad and some cubed up Cornbread! No flavors where missing.  It was so good!

From my kitchen to your table! Enjoy!
