This dessert is magically found on the Jello pudding Pistachio box if you can find the one that has the recipe on the box. Let’s begin the good stuff.
First of all, it’s a really easy dessert that can be easily tailored to your preferences. If you want to use less whip then use less whip. But who would dare do that?! Also, feel free to rename it to Pistachio Grinch Dessert for all your Christmas In July Crafters!
1 Box Jello Pistachio 3.4 oz box
1 cup Whip Cream
1 cup Minimarshallows
1 20 oz. Crushed Pineapple (You might want to drain some of juice so that the pudding doesn’t get so watered down.)
1/2 cup of shredded Coconut (optional)
1/4 cup of crushed Pecans (optional)
1 Bowl, Mixer, & couple of spoons
Step 1: Prepare the pudding as box instruction. Allow pudding to set.
Step 2: Mix in all other ingredients. And allow to set for about 1 hour before serving!
