Lot’s of people work from home just like the abundant amount who work outside the home. But if you are the type who works from home and has to juggle a family and work life, I have some tips to ease that during a crisis. I know it’s difficult for me to even use the word “ease” because there’s nothing easy about this. We can only ease into it. We can adjust and move with it. I hope and pray that this is only a temporary norm and not a forever situation. I know in my gut that many of us are out of place in work, mind, spirit, financially and emotionally. I know of many people who enjoy their routine of going to work and would rather work away from home and have that adult interaction. I loved working with my coworkers, laughing during the breaks, enjoying our luncheons, or taking a walk around the blocks. Yes, blocks! Some of us would walk for 20 minutes in the downtown business tunnels. I work from home 100% of the time so I know how to help someone with easing into working from home. Remind yourself not to take the frustration out on others but use destressing techniques such as meditation, exercising, finding a new hobby, and reading.
During a crisis regardless if it’s a pandemic like the Corona Virus (end of 2019 to April 2020) or another type of crisis, we need to regroup, catch our breath, and begin a new routine. I’m not minimizing any other crisis but for the sake of sharing, this post will be in regards to the Corona Virus in USA on making the switch from a professional office atmosphere to work from home.
I have put together a few work from home tips during a crisis from things I’ve learned along the way and from others such as family and neighbors. All the information is inside the link above.

Update: 2 days later…..I literally just step out earlier today and the heavenly heavens left me a feather at the entrance of my doorstep to begin my day. It was as if GOD was saying thank you & I got you covered girl! GOD is good!
NLV Psalm 91: 4
He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings.
His faithful promises are your armor and protection.
I’m so excited to be sharing and creating! You friends have been inspiring us to create a headtastic experience to be shared this season! And you literally sold us out last time!
I’m a self-declared headband bandit by default. My beautiful baby daughter is the one who inspired me to attempt to make her a monkey headband. I love a good challenge. Wore a good one to the store and the store clerk was so impressed to know where did I buy it at? An idea sparked and has blessfully grown into these beautiful headbands!
I have been gathering all the good stuff, handcrafting and designing each individual headband with the same love that was put into it for my daughter when she first asked for her monkey headband! There will be no monkeys this time but plenty of fun color, glitz, and glitter all flipped into one!
