Welcome! You’re Invited for Sunday Dinner. Another Sunday series with some awesome recipes for you to keep handy and make your next meal a success all while feeding some hungry tummies.
Today’s dinner is Big Bang Beefaroni. Named it so, because you get your food bang for your money here with this quick and easy meal. It will probably be your go to meal during a busy week like mine is often.
While gathering all your ingredients, grab a cooking pan. Nothing works better than a well seasoned cast iron pan to brown and cooked up some lean ground beef. You will need a big pot for the elbow pasta.
Do you like your meat well browned up with some small tidbits laying in the pan? Sometimes, I do. And drizzle on top of my Big Bang Beefaroni. Serve on the side for that person who likes just a little more meat taste.
Make sure to carefully mix in the paste or fold into the noodles. Like I mentioned in Step 4, works best with hot fresh noodles/pasta.
When all done with all the steps, it’s time to get a bowl/plate and get your Spaghetti Scooper & serve hot with some hot french buttered bread, corn on the cob, and light salad. Guys and Gals….Dinner is served!
